Redirack specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of complete structural storage systems in the form of pallet racking, shelving and mezzanine floors. Each of our products are designed in-house and manufactured at our UK plant based in Mexborough, South Yorkshire. Established in 1973, we now have a major share of the European pallet racking market and our mezzanine floors have now been recognised for their high quality and durable design. Redirack is the UK’s only manufacturer of welded frame racking. The factory produces one-piece frames more than thirteen metres high. These feature continuous uprights and welded cross braces and are very popular with users. They mean less on-site assembly time, reduced maintenance and increased reliability when compared with pallet racking having a bolted frame construction. We have an outstanding record of supplying quality and robust storage systems of all kinds to the automotive, chemical, electronics, food, engineering, hardware, pharmaceutical, retail and textile industries just to name a few. Redirack’s pallet racking systems are complimented with a vast range of accessories that are designed to house a diverse product base and provide system flexibility that can readily satisfy potential changes for future storage requirements.
Our mezzanine floor capabilities have grown at a rapid rate starting off at an industrial level and now branching out to the commercial and retail markets. We now provide mezzanine floors complete with full fire protection (to approved document B of building regulations standards), offices & partitioning and a vast range of bespoke staircase and balustrade configurations. Our mezzanine floors are also complimented with a number of accessories ranging from cat ladders and walkways to pallet loading gates and mesh decking all to provide system flexibility. We operate under a turnkey environment which means we can handle late design modifications effectively and efficiently for our customers.
Our engineers use the latest 2D & 3D design tools to produce an illustration of your product with the highest degree of accuracy. We have the capability to produce 3D solid models and rendered images of a product even at tender stage which is a huge advantage to potential customers as they are able to visually see the product before purchasing. With this comes the experience and expertise of our dedicated contract engineers who are able to efficiently project manage their way through multiple contracts from design concept through to installation and commissioning of the product.
Redirack are always looking for new opportunities to expand their product range and reach new markets. Our latest success story is the cantilever rack. We now design, supply and install single and double sided cantilever rack systems with arm loads capable of carrying 5 tonnes and rack heights of up to 10m.
