EXHIBITS:-
Key management system for controlling access to important keys - helping to keep organisations both safe and compliant. These may be keys for vehicles, fork trucks or dangerous machinery such as lifts, hoists or compressors - keys to critical rooms such as a server room, plant room or switch room. Control who can take a key - authorise against competency records or license renewal date - record who and when someone took a key. Set an alarm if the key is not returned - record user information such as fault reports and monitor utilisation statistics. Generate easy to use management reports.

Electronic lockers used to control access to and audit the use of important portable equipment such as laptops, PDA's, data terminals, security radios, personal attack alarms, medical equipment and industrial tools such as gas analysers - infact any physical item that needs to be properly managed and accounted for. Users are more careful when they know they are responsible - improved accountability means less damage to equipment and fewer losses.

NEW PRODUCTS:-
Warehouse dock-door - anti drive-off electronic lock
Designed to stop accidents occurring because a lorry has been driven off from the loading bay before loading has finished and leaving the dock door open. This is a source of serious injury to fork truck drivers and damage to trucks and stock being carried. Traka's ingenious solution is simple, easy to implement and costs a fraction of conventional dock door-drive off locking mechanisms.

Truck mounted AMT box
A truck mounted box containing an AMT, a charging station and spare battery for the AMT device. Initially it saves a truck driver having to collect an AMT - it is already housed in the box on the truck - so avoids any queuing to get kit. Secondly the spare battery is continuously being charged and it means there is no need to return to the office to get a replacement. Access to the box is restricted, it is opened using the same Traka iFob as used for starting the fork truck and recording that pre-operational safety checks have been completed. Already in use in some major DCs, this new device can save up to 15 minutes a shift at start up - and improves productivity considerably.
