Sponsorship is a valuable way for you to raise your profile to all visitors both to encourage them to the stand and to differentiate your company from the competition.

We have a range of sponsorship opportunities available to suit all budgets and requirements.

Visitor Badges
Sponsorship of visitor badges allows exhibitor to expand branding and awareness before and during the two days of show. Cost £1,000 + VAT.

Inserts into carrier bags
Enclosing inserts or promotional items into the show carrier bag is an effective way for you to attract visitors to your stand. Maximum 4 in each bag – maximum size A4 leaflet. Cost £500 + VAT.

Lanyards
Sponsorship of lanyards allows exhibitors to expand branding and awareness beyond their stand. Lanyards to be supplied by exhibitor. Cost £1,000 + VAT.

Registration
Be the first thing and the last thing the visitor sees at Logistics Link South. Sponsorship of the registration area includes full branding in the entrance to the show & we will supply corporate branding on all signage, desks and registration podiums. You will also be able to dress the area with tent cards, promotional giveaways etc. Cost £1,000 + VAT.

Venue Floor Plan
Directing visitors around the venue are large-scale floor plans. The floor plan sponsor(s) have their stand(s) highlighted with their logo with an additional logo clearly displayed along the bottom of the floor plan. Maximum of 5 sponsors. Cost £250 + VAT per sponsor.
